One of the reasons I love my community is the amount of questions each one of them asks.
Most of them revolve around time management, how to balance work and family or how to manage a time the right way. So on this episode I want to take you behind the scenes and share with you one of my strategies I use to solve crucial problems FASTER.

Before I go into full mom mode, I sit down with my cup of coffee and dive into one of the hundreds of books on my shelf.
These books range from sales, marketing, leadership, finance, and so much more. Even if I only get to read just a few pages…something magical happens.
This is when I have my most creative breakthroughs! Why?
So many of us spend too much time thinking about the tactical items that need to get done but we don’t spend enough time working on creativity, intuition and innovation. By reading or listening to someone else’s way of thinking, we are expanding our own mindset.
If you can get yourself out of your own framework, even just for a few minutes, you too will have that moment of inspiration. In today’s world we get so stuck with staying in the box that we create our own bottlenecks that can lasts weeks, months or sometimes years.
So take some time this week. Take out a book, a podcast, audio book, or a blog and get yourself out of your own framework. Take a page out of my book and see the breakthroughs come to life!
